Consultation and Trial Treatment<\/h2>\n

All first-time treatments begin with a free consultation and trial treatment, during which we
\ndiscuss the selected treatment\/package and all important related information. The treatment
\nseries can usually begin within a few days after the trial treatment.<\/p>\n

Appointment Cancellation<\/h2>\n

Please notify us of any cancellation by e-mail, phone, or SMS at least 24 hours before your
\nconsultation\/treatment appointment. Please note that if you cancel the agreed treatment
\nwithin 24 hours, that session will unfortunately be charged.<\/p>\n

Communication and Reviews<\/h2>\n

Feel free to ask questions and tell us about your needs. Honest communication helps us
\nmeet your expectations to the fullest. We truly appreciate reviews.<\/p>\n

Parking, Arrival, Companions<\/p>\n

Please arrive on time. If you are running late, let us know. Paid parking is available only in
\nfront of the salon, and free spaces are not always guaranteed, so if you arrive by car, please
\nallow extra time to find parking. Our salon is child- and dog-friendly; however, if possible,
\nplease arrive with a maximum of one companion and inform us in advance.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/h2>\n

Prices are listed in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and include VAT. We accept cash, bank cards,
\nSZ\u00c9P card, and gift vouchers issued by the salon.<\/p>\n
