Consultation and Trial Treatment
All first-time treatments begin with a free consultation and trial treatment, during which we
discuss the selected treatment/package and all important related information. The treatment
series can usually begin within a few days after the trial treatment.
Appointment Cancellation
Please notify us of any cancellation by e-mail, phone, or SMS at least 24 hours before your
consultation/treatment appointment. Please note that if you cancel the agreed treatment
within 24 hours, that session will unfortunately be charged.
Communication and Reviews
Feel free to ask questions and tell us about your needs. Honest communication helps us
meet your expectations to the fullest. We truly appreciate reviews.
Parking, Arrival, Companions
Please arrive on time. If you are running late, let us know. Paid parking is available only in
front of the salon, and free spaces are not always guaranteed, so if you arrive by car, please
allow extra time to find parking. Our salon is child- and dog-friendly; however, if possible,
please arrive with a maximum of one companion and inform us in advance.
Payment
Prices are listed in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and include VAT. We accept cash, bank cards,
SZÉP card, and gift vouchers issued by the salon.
Refunds are not available for services or treatment packages.
